Within just one week of your wedding, you’ll receive a handful of sneak peeks—a little taste of the incredible moments we captured together! These will be sent directly to you with a link to your wedding gallery, so you can start swooning right away. Then, watch as your full gallery comes to life, delivered to you within 10 weeks, beautifully preserving every moment of your special day!
how long will it take to receive our photos back?
You bet I do! After booking, I’ll send you a Location Guide (and a Style Guide) packed with outfit inspiration and epic location ideas to match your vibe. For elopements or weddings, if the venue allows, I’ll even head out ahead of time to scout the most stunning spots and check the lighting to make sure everything’s picture-perfect. Just a heads-up, travel fees apply for adventures more than two hours from Denver or Phoenix!
Do you help with finding locations for our session?
Your wedding day is a one-of-a-kind adventure, and your gallery will reflect every moment that meets my quality standards! On average, you can expect 600-1,000 professionally edited photos. The final number may vary depending on your coverage and the unique events of your day—but rest assured, I don’t limit the number of photos you’ll receive. Every image that tells your story will be included to to tell your story!
Do you limit the number of wedding photos we get?
Hold onto your hats—this will make your head spin! I’ve got two mirrorless cameras (and counting!), more lenses than I can count, off-camera flashes, and accessories for everything from surprise rainstorms to blazing sun. Honestly, I could open a camera shop! Like any professional photographer, I always shoot with 2 cameras to handle the unexpected, and yes, I’m fully insured—this gear has a mind of its own and needs serious protection some days!
what type of gear do you have and are you insured?
Yes, I do! I’m all about keeping the planning process smooth and stress-free. This is why my payment structure is already broken into flexible installments, with the final one due 30 days before your big day. A 40% retainer secures your wedding or elopement date, so we can dive right into planning your unforgettable adventure!
do you offer payment plans for your services?
Once your contract is signed and payment is made, your date is officially locked in and blocked on my calendar—I don’t accept any other clients for that day! For weddings or elopements, a cancellation or rescheduling agreement must be signed. The retainer is non-refundable, and since I block the day exclusively for you, any additional payments are forfeited if I’m unable to rebook your date. Your adventure is my priority!
What is your policy on cancellations/reschedules?
If I’m already booked for your date, no worries—you still have the option to work with me through an associate shooter! I’ll bring in a trusted photographer who matches my style and skill to photograph your day while I handle everything else—planning your timeline, handling communication, editing your images, and delivering your gallery. It’s the same adventurous and seamless experience you’d expect, just with me leading the way behind the scenes!
what if you're not available for our date, but we still want you?
I highly recommend keeping the engagement session (it's already included at no cost to you!)—it’s a fun way for us to connect, get you comfortable in front of the camera, and show you how I work, so everything feels seamless on your wedding day. If you prefer to skip it, no problem—I’m happy to adjust your package to fit your needs!
we do not need engagement photos, can we remove that?

You bet I travel! Based in both Denver, Colorado, and Phoenix, Colorado, I’m always ready to hit the road (or fly) to—whether it’s in the Midwest, across the U.S., or somewhere far beyond! Here’s the cool part: No lodging fees for Colorado or Arizona Weddings! If your wedding takes me outside of Denver or Phoenix, a small travel fee applies—just enough to keep my adventure gear fueled and my soul ready for the next epic journey!
